На затылок под резинку в хвост и на очередном продевании оставить волосы закрученными в петлю. Резинка чуть ниже основания черепа, чтобы не мешала лежать.

От самих ощущений "а, на фиг это все" помогает побрить виски. Хотя бы чуть-чуть.
